If you run a rental here, tell us your booking gaps and we will work inside them. A recurring schedule is the easy answer: monthly or quarterly, discounted rate, and the building simply never gets to the point where a guest notices. Nobody has to be onsite. We are out Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM and Saturday 8AM to 3PM, so a midweek turnaround is usually workable.
On method, cabins are the exact wrong place for high pressure. A lot of the building stock here is wood, and a pressure washer will fur up the grain, strip stain, and drive water into the joints. We let detergent lift the mineral film and the dust, then rinse gently. It takes longer. It also does not cost you a re-stain.
