Soft wash, because the siding is older than it looks
A lot of Preston's housing stock has been standing a long while, and paint that has taken thirty Cache Valley winters does not need a pressure washer pointed at it. High pressure drives water behind lap siding and strips chalking paint straight off the wall, and once water is behind the siding it stays there.
We soft wash instead: a detergent that actually breaks down the field film and the inversion soot, enough dwell time to let it work, then a low-pressure rinse that carries it off the wall evenly rather than in streaks.
Preston is a farm town, and the ground around it works all season. Field dust off the dairy and grain ground drifts in through late summer, settles on siding, and then the fall rains turn it into a streaked grey film that runs down the wall from the eaves. It is not dirt a garden hose will touch.
Then Cache Valley does its winter trick. The inversion sits over the valley for weeks, holds fine particulate at ground level, and lays a soot-fine layer on every exposed wall in town. By spring, most Preston houses are carrying two different kinds of grime at once.

What sets us apart
We get the glass all the way clean
Glass cleaned inside and out, with the hard water spotting lifted off underneath. Plenty of companies do a quick pass and leave the minerals behind, which is why those windows look clean for a week and then don't.
The right approach for every job
The right pressure and cleaning solution for every surface, from glass to siding, roofs, concrete, and weathered wood. The method is matched to the surface, so it cleans safely and lasts.
